Trucks for Adjustment lends aiding hands to Environment for Humankind

Trucks for Change (T 4 C) participants came together in early September to help Environment for Mankind deconstruct a home in the Waterloo, Ont., location, including a future multi-home develop.

The brand-new structure will provide risk-free, affordable housing for regional family members, Trucks for Change revealed. Greater than 30 volunteers from 6 companion companies chipped in.

It was the sixth year the organization partnered with Environment for Mankind, collectively offering greater than 2, 000 hours of assistance.

“Environment for Humanity events are constantly preferred and an emphasize for our T 4 C companions,” said Betsy Sharples, executive supervisor of Trucks for Modification. “This initiative is another instance of the trucking industry’s deep-rooted commitment to supporting susceptible Canadians in communities where we live and function– whether we’re supplying vital products or rolling up our sleeves to aid construct brighter futures.”

Participating business included: The Erb Group; Kriska Transportation Team; Mill Creek Motor Freight; Northbridge Insurance; Tandet; and TransPro Products Solutions.
